GET RID OF MICE, RATS, BATS
Rats, mice, bats and other pests invade your home looking for the same comforts of home that you do — food, shelter and water. Unfortunately, they are more than an inconvenience. They’re a threat to your property, your health and your sense of security.
How to get rodent control:
Mice teeth and claws
Because of their teeth and their desire to make your home theirs, they'll chew their way into your home through siding, plastic and insulation. Another widely unknown fact is that mice can climb brick, stone and other non-slippery surfaces. Many times this is how these rodents find their way into your attic. Once they climb your walls, they can find many openings through the freeze board and roof.
Mice Damage Homes
Now, when it comes to where we humans live, these critters can cause some serious problems! Not only do they contaminate our food and damage our homes, but they can also spread some gnarly diseases. The most common culprits of pestering our homes are mice, rats, and squirrels. But, never fear, we've got some mighty Mice Hunters on the case to save the day!
When mice enter your home, they will cause thousands and thousands of dollars of damage, keep you up at night and cleaning up poop! No one has time for that! Unfortunately, many of our customers have tried their own hand at being Mice Hunters. If you are reading this, this may be the case with you! 🙁
How to Get Rid of Rodents
During the inspection, our inspector will give your home a good once-over, checking the attic and providing a full exterior home inspection. The most common signs of rodent activity are chewing, droppings, rub marks, nesting material, and small entry points.
Based on the inspection, our rodent proofing and removal specialist creates a strategic rodent trapping and removal plan to remove the rodents found in your home. The type of traps used, their placement, and bait determine the effectiveness of rodent trapping and removal. Safety is our top priority, and our specialists will ensure to use the most efficient and safe removal process for your home. Typically, the rodent removal process takes between 5 to 14 days, but sometimes it can be longer if the rodents are well-established.
Additional Measures You can take to Prevent Rodents
We also recommend removing trees or branches close to your roof, keeping your property clear of debris, and keeping your garage door closed as much as possible.
Your rodent removal and proofing service comes with a 1-year warranty. If the rodents return, so will we, free of charge. If you'd like to extend your warranty period, you may do so on a yearly basis.
Also, our warranty is transferable to a new homeowner, should you sell the home.
