Exterminate. Seal. Clean. Warranty.
We start with a full inspection of your home. We identify where mice, rats, or bats are entering, where they're nesting, and how severe the problem is. This gives us a clear picture and a targeted plan.
Using professional-grade bait stations and snap traps, we place equipment in strategic locations based on the evidence we find. Every placement is deliberate — not random. We return for monitoring visits to check progress, adjust as needed, and ensure the infestation is fully eliminated.
Phase 1 continues until all rodent and bat activity has stopped. We don't cut corners and we don't rush it. This is the foundation for everything that follows.
Timeline
Phase 1 typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the severity of the infestation. We monitor throughout and adjust as needed until activity reaches zero.
About two weeks after rodent or bat activity stops, we return for Phase 2. This waiting period is critical — it confirms the infestation is truly eliminated before we seal the home.
We perform a full exterior inspection and seal every accessible entry point — from the foundation to the roofline. This includes gaps around utility lines, soffit openings, garage transitions, vent covers, and more.
We use professional-grade materials: steel wool, polyurethane sealant, metal flashing, and hardware cloth. Every material is chosen for durability and gnaw resistance. When we're done, your home is locked down.
What Gets Sealed
Foundation gaps, utility penetrations, garage transitions, roofline and soffits, door and window frames, dryer vents, exhaust vents, and any other accessible entry point we identify during inspection.
After the home is sealed, we move to Phase 3: a thorough cleanout of rodent droppings, nesting materials, and contaminated insulation from affected areas — attics, crawl spaces, basements, and anywhere else rodents were active.
If insulation has been destroyed or heavily contaminated by rodent activity, we remove it and replace it with new insulation. This is more common than most homeowners realize — rodents tunnel through insulation, compress it, and contaminate it with urine and droppings, reducing its effectiveness.
We then apply professional-grade disinfectant to sanitize the space and eliminate bacteria, pathogens, and odors left behind. Rodent droppings carry real health risks, and we make sure your home is clean and safe — not just rodent-free.
Phase 3 is the step that brings your home back to where it should be. The rodents are gone, the house is sealed, and now the mess they left behind is taken care of too.
What's Included
Removal of droppings and nesting material, removal and replacement of destroyed insulation as needed, professional disinfectant application, and odor elimination in all affected areas.
Once all three phases are complete, your home is covered by our 2-year rodent-free warranty. If mice, rats, or bats return within that period, we come back and fix it — at no additional cost. No questions, no fine print.
This isn't a tagline. It's a commitment backed by the quality of our materials and workmanship. We can offer this warranty because we do the job right the first time — and the three-phase approach is exactly why it works.
The average homeowner spends $600–$800/year on pest control subscriptions — and many still have rodents. Our Three-Phase System solves the problem once, with a warranty that proves it.
